Recent Garage Renovation Project:
I recently renovated an entire garage. I started with a very typical bare-bones garage that was somewhat functional but definitely the "eye sore" of the home. This family wanted their garage to be more than just a garage. They wanted their garage to be a place to do their laundry, a place to keep tools and household supplies, a place to store away boxes of old keepsake items, a place to park the car, and even a place to hang out. They basically asked me to build them a functional and presentable multipurpose garage.

Here's a project summary of the services I performed:
  • Insullated walls and ceiling
  • Sheet-rocked walls and ceiling
  • Built water heater closet
  • Built crawl space/storage in the garage ceiling
  • Added/Increased electrical power to garage
  • Added outlets and lightswitches (all electrical wiring)
  • Added track lighting and florescent lights
  • Installed and secured new storage cabinets
  • Installed an epoxy floor coating to the entire garage floor
  • Painted entire interior of garage
